Smart and Safe City Technology and Application Center
We brought Mobese Academy to life together with Bahçelievler Municipality, Istanbul Police Association, Ministry of Industry and Technology, Istanbul Development Agency, and Nisantasi University.
We established the Entrepreneur Development Center in cooperation with the Eastern Mediterranean Development Agency (DOGAKA).
By providing training, consultancy, and mentorship support to the participants, we enabled them to turn their ideas into projects and connect them with the right funding opportunities.

We Established the Istanbul Commerce University Ticar@ Software Developer Academy and Employment Center
We trained one hundred software developers in the Century of Turkey. We provided 480+ hours of training and employment opportunities.
Within the scope of our cooperation with Bahçelievler Municipality, we successfully implemented POWL Smart Communication and Assistance Stations at more than 20 points in the district.
Thanks to this project, which we developed by undertaking all hardware, design, and software development processes with our own expertise, we reached thousands of citizens.
We brought the Unstopfarm Smart Vertical Plant Growing Platform to life by developing it end-to-end internally with all its components including hardware, software, and automation infrastructure.
Thanks to the central management infrastructure, we provided an innovative approach to sustainable and highly efficient agricultural technologies by making production processes remotely monitored, controlled, and optimized.
Under the TDL Law No. 4691, we established POLSAN TECHNOPARK with the Decree of our Honorable President dated March 20, 2025 and No. 9644.
POLSAN Technology Development Zone will:
- Ensure the production of technological knowledge,
- Enable the development of innovations in products and production methods,
- Increase product quality and standards,
- Decrease production costs by increasing efficiency,
- Commercialize technological knowledge,

Together with Istanbul Topkapi University, we established MEDTRAI, the Istanbul AI-Based Qualified Workforce Development Academy.
The project was launched with the goal of supporting the AI transformation of creative industries such as media and tourism in Istanbul, equipping individuals with AI-based skills, and increasing the qualified workforce.
